Troy J. Dobbs
Overview
Troy Dobbs assists clients with all aspects of business and estate planning, offering structured, goal-oriented legal counsel while crafting carefully tailored solutions based on each client’s unique goals and objectives. With acute attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, he creates clear, step-by-step processes which preserve assets and protect wealth amid often highly sensitive and complex circumstances.
While earning his Juris Doctor, Troy served as a student practitioner for a local law firm’s Bankruptcy Litigation Clinic, gaining critical experience conducting case discovery, drafting a wide variety of legal documents, and providing representation in Federal Bankruptcy Court and other legal venues. He also worked as a global investigations legal intern for a multinational medical device company and as a law librarian for the Honorable Walter Kaminsky of the Tenth Judicial District in Minnesota, acquiring diverse knowledge and responsibilities in all roles, which he employs in his current practice.
Prior to law school, Troy worked on a congressional campaign, conducting constituent outreach, fundraising, and analyzing campaign outcomes.
