Jacklyn (Jackie) Pringle

Overview
Jackie Pringle focuses her practice on providing clients with legal counsel on complex tax matters including estate planning; probate administration; tax controversy; state and local tax issues; and international withholding taxes, U.S. compliance issues, and entity formation. Her clients include businesses of all sizes as well as high net worth individuals.
When advising clients on estate planning, Jackie ensures her clients’ wishes and goals are kept in mind. She advises clients on the most simple estate plans to more complex plans, including business succession planning.
Jackie also assists clients with tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies. She understands that dealing with tax agencies can be stressful and her goal is to get the best possible outcome for her clients.
Most recently, Jackie worked with a firm consisting of lawyers, certified public accountants (CPAs), and other professionals that focused on tax planning and other day-to-day legal needs of individuals and businesses. Before that, she worked at a Big 4 Accounting Firm and focused on international tax.
Jackie completed her undergraduate studies in accounting at the University of Kansas and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. Additionally, she earned certificates in business law and tax law.
