Overview
Caleb Rush guides lenders and borrowers through the structuring, documentation, and negotiation of various financial transactions, including large-scale loans, within a comprehensive practice spanning both financial services and corporate transactions.
More broadly, Caleb’s practice involves a wide range of projects, including construction, builder finance, hotel development, floor plan financing, and residential and retail developments. He efficiently structures transactions on various types of collateral, such as accounts receivable and inventory, commercial real estate, and aircraft. In this capacity, he enjoys collaborating with clients, internal team members, and other counsel during the transaction lifecycle.
Caleb takes an entrepreneurial approach to advising current clients and working to bring new clients to Spencer Fane. He takes pride in serving as a “connector” and leveraging the firm’s national footprint and deep bench strength in virtually every major area of law to ensure his clients have seamless access to effective and efficient counsel no matter the opportunity or challenge.
