The Colorado Supreme Court recently appointed Spencer Fane attorney Troy Rackham to its Standing Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct. In this leadership position, Troy will work with the committee to evaluate, correct, and propose updates to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.
At Spencer Fane, Troy is a part of the firm’s Health Care and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups. He handles complex litigation involving the reputation and livelihood of legal professionals, including representing lawyers on professional responsibility matters. Troy also defends hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and other health care organizations in a wide variety of matters. Further, Troy has extensive experience in appellate advocacy and has orally argued and prepared briefs in scores of appellate cases.
