Stacey Garrett Koju Inducted into the 2021 Board Walk of Fame

Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorney Stacey Garrett Koju was recently inducted into the 2021 Nashville Cable Board Walk of Fame, during the annual Board Walk of Fame event hosted by Nashville CABLE.

The Board Walk of Fame “honors Tennessee women and companies who are taking the lead in promoting women on corporate boards.” Honorees are influential in their professions and “work to advocate for gender diversity in the top leadership positions of Tennessee companies.”

Nashville CABLE is an organization that promotes the advancement of women leaders in the workforce. This recognition awards those that “have acted on the evidence that more women on boards and in senior leadership positions lead to improved financial results and corporate vitality.”

Stacey is a partner in the firm’s Nashville office and provides proactive legal advice on all aspects of critical corporate matters, recognizing each transaction is important to the future of a business and its owners and allowing them to maintain successful operations. She has served in many professional leadership roles, including currently serving as a Board Member of the National Museum of African American Music and Abe’s Garden and as Chair of the Advisory Council at Leadership Tennessee. Stacey has also previously been a Board Member at the YWCA, Special Olympics of Tennessee, and Make-A-Wish of Middle Tennessee, among other organizations.
