Spencer Fane attorneys Elaisha Nandrajog, Jen Coleman, and Servando Sandoval recently authored an article published in the Daily Journal, PAGA Reform Bills Promise Relief for California Employers, on the California legislature’s approval of two companion Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) reform bills and the important changes to the pre-litigation and litigation process employers in the state can expect with respect to PAGA claims.
The article, originally a firm blog post, provides commentary on how key changes to the existing PAGA framework benefit California employers.
At Spencer Fane, Elaisha represents employers in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Her work also involves complex wage and hour class actions as well as representative actions specifically brought under California’s PAGA.
Jen, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Labor and Employment practices, is a trial lawyer and represents clients in a variety of complex litigation cases ranging from class action wage and hour controversies to unfair competition, trade secrets, and patents, in both state and federal courts.
In his practice, Servando represents both for-profit and nonprofit owners, property managers and developers, employers, and other businesses and individuals involved in state and federal litigation and administrative hearings.
