Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorneys Shea Hasenauer, Andrea Perry, and Stephen Zralek were recently selected for inclusion on the Tennessee Supreme Court’s “Attorneys for Justice” list. This list recognizes attorneys for providing at least 50 hours of service annually.
Dedicated to serving their community by offering pro bono legal services, Shea, Andrea, and Stephen were honored for their efforts to improve the State of Tennessee.
Shea focuses his practice on litigation and dispute resolution and helps clients on a variety of matters affecting their businesses. He is also involved with the Nashville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association. Andrea concentrates her practice in real estate, commercial lending, and general corporate and tax-exempt organizations. She dedicates significant time to charitable and community service efforts for children and young adults, including serving as a Board Member for Nashville Children’s Theatre and Rocketown of Middle Tennessee.
Stephen helps clients resolve and avoid complex disputes involving business, intellectual property, and entertainment matters. He has been a strong advocate his entire career for diversity and inclusion in both the legal profession and the city of Nashville. Stephen has also served on multiple non-profit boards in Nashville, including St. Bernard Academy, Conexión Américas, Family & Children’s Service, and the Sexual Assault Center.
