Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Chelsea A. Hesla joined the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group as a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office.
Within her expansive practice, Chelsea primarily assists clients and companies through all aspects of trust and probate litigation, estate administration, elder law, and real estate, employing an empathetic yet assertive approach to problem-solving as she navigates complex and emotionally charged matters. She has cultivated a strong foundation of advocacy both in and out of the courtroom, crafting practical, solution-oriented strategies for each client’s unique challenges. Additionally, Chelsea boasts over 10 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, which equips her to adeptly tackle trust and estate matters involving a real estate component.

Chelsea completed her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, then earned her Juris Doctor at the university’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Prior to entering private practice, she completed multiple clerkships, including at the U.S. County Attorney’s Office (Maricopa County) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Phoenix.
