Spencer Fane attorney Beth Siemer was featured in a special April issue of Missouri Lawyers Media (MLM) in celebration of the 2025 Women’s Justice Awards (WJA). She joins Kristen O’Neal in earning a WJA distinction this year.
In the WJA 25th issue, Beth and her fellow honorees were spotlighted under their respective categories. MLM highlighted Beth as a General Practitioner Award recipient, and she discussed her unique path into health care law, the legal support she provides related to the 340B federal drug pricing program, and what she enjoys most about her practice.
“I believe it is critical that people have ready access to high-quality health care, and this [340B] program impacts public health in both rural and urban settings,” Beth shared. “Many issues converge in the health care space, and helping my clients develop strategies that work for their business is the sweet spot for me.”
At Spencer Fane, Beth is a pragmatic health care attorney who advises individuals and organizations navigating complex state and federal laws that govern transactions, compliance, and reimbursement.
