Spencer Fane attorney Loren Mulraine joined a panel with peers in the entertainment law space at the California Copyright Conference’s (CCC) Annual Music Legal Update Panel on October 19.
During his presentation, Loren addressed topical developments concerning music legislation, the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC), deal-making trends, and key music-related litigation. He was joined on the panel by Kenneth Freundlich, Freundlich Law; and Benjamin Seilhamer, a student; while Garrett Johnson, Law Offices of Garrett M. Johnson, served as moderator.
