Spencer Fane attorney Karen McCay will lead the Property Management Executive Roundtable during the GlobeSt. Multifamily Fall Conference, an October 14-15 event in Los Angeles.
GlobeSt. Multifamily, a prominent networking platform in the U.S. multifamily real estate market, gathers key industry stakeholders to exchange ideas on current and future challenges and opportunities. The 2024 program will continue to focus on the needs of owners, operators, developers, and investors, providing a new format that goes deeper into the critical issues the industry faces, featuring the most active and innovative firms and business leaders.
In addition to a keynote address, engaging panels, and networking sessions, the conference will host four Executive Roundtables. These focused, small-group discussions will allow thought leaders, industry experts, and participants to dive deep into pressing topics and emerging trends. On October 15, Karen will lead Roundtable 1: Property Management, a session designed to foster meaningful dialogue and encourage knowledge sharing.
