Spencer Fane attorney Jeremy Rucker recently presented to the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA)’s Fort Worth Chapter on data breaches and cyber incident response.
Titled “The Legal Landscape of Incident Response,” Jeremy’s presentation outlined the legal obligations which arise after a business experiences a data breach.
