Titled “Women in Silicon Valley: Corporate America’s Gender Paradox,” the article looks at the potential fallout in terms of labor and employment law resulting from the case. “The size and very public nature of the settlement is likely to make businesses pay attention to the seriousness of claims for discrimination and retaliation, and the need for ongoing training efforts,” Helen explains in the article, also noting the steady increases in the number of retaliation complaints in recent years.
