Spencer Fane attorney Helen Holden recently co-led two presentations as part of the DRI Employment and Labor Law Virtual Seminar.
Co-facilitating a small group breakout session, Helen participated in a discussion of the FMLA and how employers can manage leave in the time of COVID.
In the session “ADA in the Time of COVID-19,” Helen and her co-presenter, Marti Cardi explored various ADA issues highlighted by the pandemic, including medical examinations, managing extended leaves of absence and working through the interactive process relating to COVID-19.
