Sim Johal’s practice focuses on addressing the full range of litigation risks that a business might encounter, collaborating with all key stakeholders to quickly resolve matters and in a beneficial manner that aligns with a client’s unique objectives and goals.
Sim previously worked as a summer associate at Spencer Fane where she gained practical experience collaborating with attorneys across multiple practice areas. Her work included researching, drafting memoranda, drafting client letters, and attending depositions and hearings.
Sim completed her undergraduate studies in political science and American studies with a minor in African American studies at the University of Kansas. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
