Overview
Jessica Chong is a full-service litigator who represents public and private companies, partnerships, and individuals in both federal and state courts. Jessica litigates across a wide-breadth of areas, including matters involving fraud, contractual and investor disputes, catastrophic injury, insurance bad-faith, real estate, consumer finance, and complex business disputes. Jessica has experience in all phases of civil litigation. She has conducted numerous hearings and managed various aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, uncovering key documents and witnesses, and handling the review and production of thousands of documents in highly contested matters. Jessica is no stranger to the courtroom and has secured favorable outcomes for her clients.
Jessica actively advises her clients throughout all phases of litigation concerning strategy, risk, and liability; and, excels in high stake situations. Before joining Spencer Fane, Jessica served as in-house counsel for the nation’s leading automobile insurance company and for Nevada’s largest transportation company.
