Stephanie M. Hiquiana
Overview
Stephanie Hiquiana represents companies in employment law matters, carefully navigating obstacles that may lead to disputes and providing full-service coverage through diligent day-to-day counsel, long-term compliance strategies, and, when necessary, litigation.
In addition to her robust employment law practice, Stephanie has represented clients through a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including equine law disputes. Her diverse background researching and navigating federal and state laws and experience in multiple practice areas contribute to her high capacity to anticipate client needs across a range of matters.
While earning her Juris Doctor, Stephanie completed internships in both the public and private sectors, including serving as a law clerk at the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and as a legal intern at Legal Aid Chicago.
Stephanie previously worked as a public relations professional for international healthcare and consumer brands, gaining short- and long-term campaign experience which uniquely benefits the planning and goal-setting stages of her client work.
