Daniel Chung Gives Inspiring Keynote at KYAC Annual Leadership Conference

Spencer Fane attorney Daniel Chung was keynote speaker for the Korean Youth for Advancement of Culture (KYAC) 2025 Leadership Conference on March 16 in San Jose, California.

Daniel’s keynote, Unheard Melodies: Failing and Finding Your Voice, included inspiring reflections on his personal and professional experiences. He shared failures and struggles that helped him grow into a strong community leader. Afterward, Daniel spoke with the students in smaller group settings about various topics such as Korean pop culture, social media pros and cons, AI, and political and civic engagement.

KYAC is a community organization that empowers local youth to celebrate and spread Korean culture across the San Francisco Bay Area. KYAC members organize events and projects to develop their leadership skills and foster knowledge and cultural awareness. The organization’s annual leadership conference gathers dozens of high school students and their parents, as well as local political and community leaders. This year, attendees included Santa Clara Councilmember Kevin Park and Korean American Community Foundation of San Francisco (KACF-SF) Executive Director Drew Paik.
