First, Mavish will speak on a panel, Artificial Intelligence Is Shaping the Legal Industry in Texas: Perspectives from Litigation, Transactional, and In House Attorneys, on April 11. Her presentation will provide a timely update on how attorneys and specific industries are taking AI into stride and how it is shaping the practice of law for both in-house counsel and outside counsel.

Later that day, Kim will moderate a panel discussion, The State of Inclusion and the Role of Allyship in Turbulent Times, which focuses on reactions to the political push to end diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Panelists will provide insight on the how inclusion efforts are evolving to address the backlash experienced by law firms, corporations, and government sectors alike, and offer perspectives on cultivating allyship and belonging.
