Kelley V. Rowan
Overview
Kelley, a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), advises clients on novel data privacy issues, crafting custom solutions to address emerging challenges in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. In addition to U.S. state and federal laws and regulations governing data privacy and cybersecurity, she has extensive knowledge of global data protection regulations, including the EU and U.K.’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Employing her background in data privacy and cybersecurity, Kelley also advises clients on novel data privacy issues, crafting custom solutions to address emerging challenges in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. She has extensive knowledge of global data protection regulations, including the EU and U.K.’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws, HIPAA, and other federal information privacy laws and regulations.
Kelley has internship experience in information privacy law and national telecommunications. She also served as an intern at the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office and as a legal extern for the St. Louis VA Medical Center at Jefferson Barracks, diverse experience which she applies to her current practice.
