The session – AI Governance + Cybersecurity: Working out the Kinks…Ethically – explored the necessary collaboration between an organization’s General Counsel and CISO when navigating artificial intelligence governance and cybersecurity threats. Joined by moderator Toni Nguyen and Darron Flagg of PowerSchool, Shawn discussed relevant legislative trends, real-life examples, and evolving data privacy and cybersecurity threats. They also outlined how organizations can construct an effective and ethical AI framework.
