Oliver Pancheri is a seasoned litigator who has secured victories for clients in high-stakes matters before trial courts, juries, and arbitration panels. He has significant experience in both trial and appellate courts and has prevailed in several cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

With more than 24 years of experience, Oliver’s talent for simplifying complex issues allows him to partner with clients at the outset to formulate winning strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.   • Successfully defended a national technology company from various plaintiffs asserting civil RICO claims.
  • Tried numerous matters before the Clark County Business Courts to verdict.
  • Tried matters before Clark County juries involving eminent domain issues, real estate disputes, defamation and tort claims, and business disputes.
  • Successfully litigated a matter of first impression in Nevada involving the enforcement of multimillion-dollar credit instrument (a marker) by a casino against a patron. Desert Palace, Inc. v. Michael, 370 F. Supp. 3d 1177 (D. Nev. 2019).
  • Obtained summary judgment for two different public utilities in two separate multimillion-dollar putative class actions.
  • Successfully litigated a multimillion-dollar construction dispute over the course of an 8-week long arbitration.
  • Obtained a favorable published Nevada Supreme Court decision in addressing claim preclusion and NRCP 68 issues. Mendenhall v. Tassinari, 133 Nev. 614, 403 P.3d 364 (2017).
  • Successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where the Court upheld the dismissal of putative class action claims seeking to recover approximately $90 million.
  • Acted as specially retained appellate counsel to preserve appellate issues during the course of jury trials.
  • Part of faculty for continuing legal education courses involving construction law, the rules of evidence, and legal ethics.
  • Successfully litigated numerous construction and mechanic’s liens disputes.
