Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Carlos E. Alferez joined the firm’s Dallas office as an associate in the Real Estate practice group.
Carlos collaborates with REITs, lenders, and investment firms on a variety of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and other corporate and business matters, creating tailored strategies that evolve with clients’ objectives. His detail-oriented solutions and strong communication skills, which include being bilingual, have helped him navigate challenges, ensure successful transactions, and establish a trustworthy reputation.
With a background in the real estate industry, Carlos provides clients with unique insight and preventative counsel related to real estate transactions and associated agreements.

Carlos completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington before earning his Juris Doctor at Baylor Law School.
