Spencer Fane attorney Norma Izzo recently donated to the DeFusco Law Classroom Supply Stipend Program for the second consecutive year to support Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) educators.
Entering its sixth year, this initiative provides funding for essential school supplies to Arizona teachers. Norma’s 2024 donation has aided 10 educators across Coronado High School, Echo Canyon School, Hohokam Elementary School, Hopi Elementary School, Mohave Middle School, Mountainside Middle School, Navajo Elementary School, and Tavan Elementary School. This support has doubled her 2023 impact and continued her legacy as an SUSD alum and parent.
At Spencer Fane, Norma leads the firm’s Family Law practice, drawing on over 19 years of legal experience to help clients assess complex family law matters and develop successful legal strategies. She routinely serves as counsel in the formal collaborative divorce process, using her mediation training to seek beneficial resolutions. She also serves on the Spencer Fane DEI Committee, which works in collaboration with firm leadership to breathe life into the fundamental diversity, equity, and inclusion principles embedded in the firm’s culture.
