Andrew L. Roth
Overview
Andrew Roth helps clients in matters pertaining to his primary focus areas of medical malpractice defense, defense of governmental entities, commercial litigation, and appellate litigation.
Prior to entering private practice, Andrew completed a year-long clerkship with the Hon. Jill N. Parrish at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
Andrew received his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Andrew was a Lead Articles Editor for the BYU Law Review and a teaching assistant for legal research and writing classes. He also served as a judicial intern for Justice Deno G. Himonas at the Utah Supreme Court.
