Spencer Fane attorney Joe Bednar led a Missouri Municipal League webinar on October 24.
The presentation, Regulation of No-Chance Gaming Machines, centered on the proliferation of a controversial type of gambling device in places such as convenience stores and gas stations. Joe reviewed the current legal parameters surrounding attempts to regulate the so-called “no-chance” machines and advised on what steps the Missouri community can take to address concerns.
