Spencer Fane attorney Ayesha Mehdi was a guest speaker for nurse practitioner students at the University of Nevada, Reno on October 18.
During the seminar, Let’s Practice! A Brief Overview of Practice Options for APRNs, Ayesha guided attendees through legal considerations of owning a practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). Topics included employment and professional service agreements, applicable laws, important contract clauses, and a checklist for opening shop.
