Spencer Fane is proud to serve as a host location sponsor for the upcoming American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (ABA SEER) Clean Air Act (CAA) Conference on December 5. The firm will host CAA speakers at its Austin and Kansas City offices for the hybrid, multistate event.
The CAA Conference is an opportunity for air quality law practitioners to take a deep dive into one of the most economically and environmentally impactful statutes. Whether experiencing the event in-person, via viewing location, or virtually, attendees will hear from distinguished thought leaders on topics such as environmental justice, the latest air toxics standards, the social cost of carbon, and the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) key regulatory efforts in the energy sector.
