Overview

Sherry Dreisewerd combines creativity with sound legal judgment to close complex financial transactions, representing lenders, banks, borrowers, buyers, and sellers in connection with originating and selling real estate loans and commercial and industrial loans. Her commercial finance experience encompasses a wide variety of notable and impactful transactions, including secured, unsecured, syndicated, maritime, acquisition, and equipment financing transactions.

In addition to transactional work, Sherry brings extensive experience in assisting lenders to maximize loan recoveries through restructurings and workouts. Her dedication to client service within a highly influential, decades-long legal career has led to an industrywide reputation for excellence further supported by her track record of success.

Notably, Sherry leads the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice group, overseeing and mentoring the practice’s 90-plus members to ensure exceptional client service and set growth-based financial goals.
