The course educates attorneys on how to assess and manage third-party cybersecurity risks and contracts. Part 1 focuses on defining data breaches, outlining relevant policies, and examining the current regulatory landscape. Part 2 of the webinar, which features Shawn, provided action items to prepare for and handle data breaches.
