Spencer Fane was pleased to host ACC Colorado for a fun night of networking at Stir Cooking School on August 9 in Denver. Attorney Jon Watson and staff member Burton Taylor represented the firm at the event, Cooking Up Connections.
Attendees gathered at the historic Ice House in downtown Denver for an educational culinary experience led by Stir instructor, Chef Kate Delciampo. The group prepared a delicious summer menu of beet carpaccio, arugula salad, oil-poached salmon, and lemon-infused couscous pearls.
This fun cooking class is one of many such opportunities that ACC Colorado – the founding and original Association of Corporate Counsel chapter – provides throughout the year for its members. The organization also serves as a leading source of education, resources, and community service opportunities to Colorado’s community of in-house counsel.
