Alexandra’s practice also includes work in the firm’s AI & Emerging Technologies and Data Privacy Practice Groups, where she leverages her legal expertise to advise on cutting-edge issues in technology governance, privacy compliance, and the intersection of innovation and regulation.

With a penchant for resolving disputes through pre-litigation channels, Alexandra’s litigation and transactional experience uniquely positions her to provide strategic and preventive counseling, ensuring her clients are well-prepared to navigate potential legal challenges. Alexandra’s proficiency in securing liens and enforcing and collecting judgments reflects her dedication to delivering seamless representation and comprehensive legal support.

She guides clients through issues related to corporate governance, operations, compliance with various government regulations, and affordable housing programs, including HUD programs such as HUD’s Section 8 project-based rental assistance (PBRA), project-based voucher (PBV), and housing choice voucher (HCV) programs. She also advises on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program and regulatory agreements with state and local funding sources. Her work has contributed to numerous high-profile projects benefiting Los Angeles and surrounding communities. Alexandra also counsels in the areas of fair housing, discrimination, title, leasing, housing financing, consumer protection law, nonprofit law, construction defects, unfair business practices, contract disputes, and professional liability, to name a few.

For over a decade in practice, Alexandra has advocated and litigated a wide array of disputes arising from various business transactions. She then honed her practice on real estate matters, focusing on quasi-governmental associations such as planned developments, homeowners associations, and co-operatives, as well as both for-profit and nonprofit developers, offering invaluable operational, transactional, and litigation guidance. She also served as in-house counsel and supervising attorney for a company focused on ensuring compliance with debt collection and foreclosure laws.

Alexandra has represented real estate professionals, escrow and title companies, property owners, and developers in all phases of the subdivision, development, and purchase and sale processes, skillfully navigating the acquisition, financing, and syndication of multifaceted real estate projects fueled by diverse funding sources, facilitating the sale or lease-up of completed projects. Her expertise includes preparing and advising on partnership agreements, condominium plans, budgets, disclosures, deeds, warranties, CC&Rs, bylaws, and other property-related documents.

Alexandra’s legal journey began at Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2013. During her time there, she showcased her dedication to mediation by volunteering at the Chapman Mediation Clinic, contributing to the Chapman Law Courier, and actively participating in the International Law Society.

Prior to her legal studies, Alexandra honed her skills as a judicial intern at the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she meticulously analyzed court proceedings, conducted legal research, and provided consultative insights into legal programs.
