Kate Whitby to Discuss PRP Groups for American Bar Association Webinar

Spencer Fane attorney Kate Whitby will join a panel of industry thought leaders for an American Bar Association webinar discussing Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) on January 31.

The program, Potentially Irresponsible Parties: Forming, Managing, and Enduring PRP Groups, will cover the pitfalls and difficulties of managing and participating in PRP groups, which form to fund and direct activities at environmental Superfund sites. Topics will include considerations for PRP organization, managing people and information, and dealing with dysfunction. The webinar will also review ethical issues associated with confidentiality and conflicts.

Kate will be joined by David Rieser of K&L Gates, John Rosengard of Environmental Risk Communications, Inc., and Susan Franzetti of Nijman Franzetti LLP.
