Medical Billing: Transparency and No Surprises
Spencer Fane attorney Ellen E. Stewart recently discussed medical billing at the Rocky Mountain chapter of the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) monthly meeting.
During the February training, Ellen explained how federal and state laws related to mental health providers and their billing. She discussed transparency and the no surprises laws, compliance, and penalties at the federal and state level.
