Spencer Fane attorneys John Browning and Shawn Tuma recently presented on cybersecurity and privacy issues at the Privacy in 2021 CLE event organized by the State Bar of Texas’s Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, Corporate Counsel, and Computer and Technology Sections.
John moderated the session, “Privacy Issues in the Courtroom: The Judicial Perspective,” which focused on judicial misconduct, integrity, and accountability.
Titled “Introduction to Cybersecurity & Data Privacy,” Shawn’s presentation covered three distinct areas of cyber law: cyber risk management; cyber incident response; and cybersecurity, hacking, and data breach litigation.
