Spencer Fane attorney Hon. Alvin Zimmerman will present at the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA) 17th Annual Symposium, discussing the ethics in law and mediation.
Titled “With Ethics Aforethought,” Judge Zimmerman will discuss issues with facilitative, evaluative, or transformative methods of mediation, including: E-mediations (Zoom); Hybrid mediation platforms (In-Person/Zoom); and, Hybrid dispute resolution formats (Med-Arb/Arb-Med). He will also explain the pre-meditation element referred to as “with malice aforethought.”
