Spencer Fane attorney Randi Winter was a featured speaker at the Minnesota Recruiting & Staffing Association (MNRSA) Symposium 2023 on April 18 in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Her presentation, Riding the Wild 2023 Rollercoaster of Evolving Employment & Labor Law Compliance, covered recent developments in Minnesota and federal employment law. She outlined both new and proposed legislation.
The session was one of several sessions on the symposium agenda. As Minnesota’s largest community of recruiting and staffing professionals, the MNRSA seeks to provide an inspirational, motivational, and educational networking event every year for state staffing professionals and companies.
