Spencer Fane attorney Michael Belo presented a Colorado employment law seminar on February 8 at the Canvas Credit Union’s Lone Tree office.
During his presentation, Important Developments in Colorado Employment Law, Michael provided information geared toward helping businesses navigate the new landscape of employment law. Topics included the basic rule of employment at will and its main exceptions, the FAMLI Act, paid sick leave requirements, and new rules concerning PTO benefits. Attendees had the option of attending in person or virtually.
