Spencer Fane attorney Pat McInerney joined a panel of fellow Rockhurst High School alumni to discuss leadership skills with current students on December 2 in Kansas City.
Offered to members of the school’s Ignatian Leadership Formation Program, the event allowed attendees to hear from Pat, Maxfield Kaniger of Kanbe’s Markets, Spencer Hardwick of Teach for America Kansas City, and Kevin Connor, general counsel of AMC Theatres. Alongside hosts Brian Humphrey and Drew Franke, the panelists outlined their positions as leaders in both the professional and community spheres as well as what skills they utilize to lead effectively.
At Spencer Fane, Pat co-chairs the White Collar and Government Investigations practice group and brings more than two decades of experience as a trial lawyer to his practice, having first-chaired many high-profile and complex cases in federal and state courts. Pat also serves on the leadership committees of several organizations, including the Board of Governors of Rockhurst’s National Alumni Association.
