Spencer Fane was proud to sponsor the Commercial Receivers Association (CRA) Minnesota Launch Event on September 14. Attorney Eric Peterson, CRA Board President, represented the firm and spoke at the event.
The event, which took place at noa in Minneapolis, introduced the organization to receivership professionals in the Minnesota market. It was one of several state kickoffs the CRA has hosted since its initial launch.
The CRA aims to empower the education and standardization of commercial receivership administration while providing education, networking, and practical resources for members. Eric helped establish the organization earlier this year and continues to be instrumental in its rapid growth.
At Spencer Fane, Eric represents companies in need of financial restructuring, whether through bankruptcy, receivership, or workout negotiations, and he represents banks, investors, creditors, and financial institutions in maximizing recoveries on unpaid debt.
