Spencer Fane attorney Jason Kathman has been honored by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) with inclusion on its 2022 40 Under 40 honoree list. The organization identifies 40 top industry professionals who have made an impact on the insolvency industry.
In 2022, ABI continues its annual tradition of identifying and honoring 40 individuals under the age of 40 who demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. The 40 Under 40 honorees are distinguished by professional achievements and service and are selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals.
This is the second consecutive year the firm has celebrated an ABI 40 Under 40 honoree; attorney Andrea Chase was honored on the 2021 list.
At Spencer Fane, Jason represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation, helping them win favorable outcomes so they can concentrate on running their businesses. He works with clients in a wide variety of industries, with a focus on hospitality, manufacturing, restaurant, and oil and gas industries. Jason is currently the Chair of the Bankruptcy Section for the Dallas Bar Association. His practice centers primarily on business bankruptcies, reorganizations, and restructurings.
