During their presentation, An Outside (Counsel) Perspective: Building Your Crisis Management Playbook, Charles Robert and Stacey will discuss key components in building your crisis management playbook, including building a game plan for the inevitable, knowing your points of contact, and creating both an external and an internal communication strategy. They will also walk participants through the overall recovery process.
