Spencer Fane attorneys Patrick McInerney and Leslie Witterschein recently secured a favorable result for a client – the closure of an ongoing insider trading investigation without charges or penalties for our client. After an extensive investigation lasting more than two years, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) closed the case in early June, declining to charge or sanction Spencer Fane’s client.

Leslie serves as eDiscovery counsel and co-leads the eDiscovery and Information Governance Team. She works closely with clients to help them through complex litigation or investigative matters. With over 25 years of experience handling all facets of litigation, Leslie focuses on finding resolutions to disputes while advancing the business and financial objectives of her clients.
