Spencer Fane attorney Ben Shantz was recently named to the Springfield Business Journal’s (SBJ) “40 Under 40” class for 2022.
The annual honor recognizes individuals in the Southwest Missouri region who have achieved significant success in civic and professional work.
Ben was recognized for his accomplishments both inside and outside of his legal practice. Ben has extensive civic leadership with the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the Home Builders Association, and the Missouri Boards and Commissions Task Force. He was also acknowledged for his work as a trial attorney and counselor who provides practical legal advice that enables clients to make real-time critical business decisions. He helps clients prevent litigation and best positions them when disputes arise. Ben also advises businesses on information privacy and data security matters.
