In the textbook, “Pronske’s Texas Bankruptcy, Annotated,” Gerrit provides updates on the Fifth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court annotations to the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Local Bankruptcy Rules for each of the four Texas Federal Districts. The book also covers selected provisions of Title 28, United States Code (U.S.C.), and various Texas statutes relevant to bankruptcy practice, including the Texas Exemption and Fraudulent Transfer Statutes.
