Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Raj Gangadean has joined the Corporate and Business Transactions practice group as a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office.
With more than two decades of experience in private practice, Gangadean regularly advises clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings and dispositions. He has significant experience in helping clients structure joint ventures and other strategic alliances; formations of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; corporate finance and private offerings of securities; and general business transactions and counseling.
Gangadean frequently acts as primary outside counsel to clients ranging in size from small startup entities to large public companies and prioritizes responsive day-to-day legal advice on all aspects of operations critical to a client’s success.

Gangadean is active with the State Bar of Arizona’s Business Law Section and has served in multiple leadership positions. He earned a Master of Arts in economics from the University of Arizona and received his Juris Doctor from Stanford University, where he was also a doctoral candidate in economics.
