Spencer Fane attorney Ayesha Mehdi was recently appointed as Chair of the Healthcare Fraud and Compliance group and the Vice Chair of Diversity and Inclusion at the American Bar Association (ABA).
In these leadership positions, Ayesha will gear her efforts toward member growth, enhancing diversity, promoting justice, and advocating for the legal profession. She was selected for her dedication to the ABA Health Law Section and vast experience in her legal practice.
At Spencer Fane, Ayesha works closely with physicians and other health care professionals, along with various health care and closely held businesses, in a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and licensure matters. Ayesha is an involved member of the Vegas legal community and has experience in other leadership roles. She is also frequently called upon to speak at events for both legal and health care associations.
