Titled “Prepare Now For New PFAS Regulations In Calif.” the article discusses the recent announcement from the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment and what manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and other consumer products entities need to know.
“Proposition 65 prohibits companies from knowingly exposing California consumers to chemicals ‘known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity’ (i.e., ‘listed chemicals’) in consumer products without first providing a ‘clear and reasonable warning,’” Paul explained in the article.
