A.J. Ferate Reviews U.S. Supreme Court Decision Relating to Tribal Law

Spencer Fane attorney A.J. Ferate recently conducted a teleforum call for The Federalist Society covering a recent tribal law ruling and its potential impact.

Titled “Courthouse Steps Oral Argument: United States v. Cooley,” A.J. analyzed United States v. Cooley, including recent updates of this case and explanation of the oral argument from the Supreme Court.

“As with any criminal law case, one of the most important things is to understand the facts…there are such nuances – it’s really essential to some of these decisions,” A.J. noted on the podcast.
