March 25, 2021

Spencer Fane attorney Camber Jones was recently appointed as Vice Chair to The Missouri Bar’s Bankruptcy Creditor-Debtor Rights Committee. In this leadership position, Camber will work with the Committee to provide information and support to practitioners, opportunities to improve the law, and a platform to improve member’s skills.

Camber joins Eric Johnson, who currently serves as Chair of the Business/Corporate Division and oversees the Committee at a broader level.

“Lawyers who wish to increase their level of expertise in and knowledge of legal issues, grow professionally, gain valuable leadership experience, and network with other lawyers in their field from across the state should consider joining the committees included in the Business/Corporate Group Division,” The Missouri Bar noted.

At Spencer Fane, Camber focuses her practice on representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings in multiple jurisdictions, including, initiating and defending adversary proceedings, investigating and conducting large-scale claims reconciliations, negotiating settlements, and negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts.
